Who are Clearwater?
Clearwater Financial Solutions offers professional Independent Mortgage Advice. We will make the process as stress free as possible, and all in a language that you can understand. We don’t just offer one financial product; we search the whole market ensuring we find the best mortgage for you.
With over 20 years experience, Tracey Stones started Mortgage advising for Bradford & Bingly Estate Agents after qualifying for CEMAP (The Certificate in Mortgage Advice and Practice) in 1999. Tracey then branched out and established Clearwater Financial Solutions in Nov 2003. Clearwater is based in Newport and Chepstow, and has clients all over the UK; many in Bristol, Cardiff and London. Tracey is happy to have appointments in the office or if more convenient visit you in your own home.

From the beginning
Tracey Stones set up Clearwater in November 2003. With over 20 years’ experience Tracey started Mortgage Advising after qualifying in 1999. Since the initial set up the company has gone from strength to strength, resulting in progressive expansion.
Clearwater now provides Mortgage Advice to several different Estate Agents, with clients in Newport, Chepstow, and surrounding areas along with other areas across the UK.
